  1. I think you hit the nail squarely on the head. The Obama Campaign’s use of social media allowed supporters to feel connected, not just to one another but to the campaign itself. Brilliant!

    This was an enormous change from past campaigns that simply asked for contributions and then left supporters feeling like spectators at a mud wrestling match.
